I was given the opportunity to work with John F. Kennedy Airport and Project 96 to turn a graphic into a textiled piece to be installed as a part of an art installation at the airport. Using wool yarn and a punch needle, I handmade these pieces, which measured up to about 4′ x 4′. I was so glad to be able to assist an artist in bringing their design to life!
